Description:
This modular container solution cut the onsite assembly period down to seven days, and only requiring six workers saving 40% on the total cost of construction compared with traditional construction options. Over 90% of the materials used are recyclable. Each modular building is assembled from four standard container sections. The 9 independent structures, measuring 240 sq. meters each, were manufactured in 50 days, and were shipped to the site in 15 days. Every phase of production was monitored by a third party quality inspection agency from Australia.
